KATHY MAE FLETCHER, age 74 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at her residence. Born May 1, 1950 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Wilburn Dempsey and Lily Horn Dempsey. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Fletcher; two brothers, Tom Dempsey and Merle Dempsey; and one sister, Evaleen.

Kathy is survived by two sons, Buddy Horn of Paintsville, Kentucky and Fred Horn; two brothers: Billy Gilliam and Bruce Dempsey; and three sisters, Sheila Dohm, Dottie Horn, and Willadean Browning; three grandchildren: Amy Mae Horn, Tommy Horn, Jr., and Makayla Riley.
