ELOISE JEAN BREWER, of Sneedville, Tennessee, was born June 28, 1933, in Tazewell, TN. She passed on February 11, 2025, at the age of 91. Known to all as “Jean,” she was loved by so many. Jean was a member of Swan Creek Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Tom” Brewer; daughter, Patsy K. Fultz; parents, Hugh and Roxie Reece; and brothers, Don, Stanley & Roger Reece. Jean is survived by her daughter, Debbie Horton of Morristown, TN; grandson, Jason (Erin) Horton of Knoxville, TN; great-granddaughters, Chanley Horton and Chloe Huskey; a host of many other loving relatives; and special friends, Julie and Samantha.
